For GM Medical, service and support of our medical equipment throughout Scandinavia is a core service.
Our service and support services are adapted to the individual product and consist of both internally certified employees as well as selected partners and manufacturers. We thus cooperate i.a. with Nordic Service Group, which is an independent service organization with branches in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
To ensure timely and satisfactory service and support, GM Medical uses its ISO13485: 2016 certification to ensure streamlined and efficient workflows driven by ongoing customer satisfaction surveys.
